The monograph is devoted to the contribution of Soviet diplomacy to achieving victory over Nazi Germany. Particular attention is paid to little-studied pages in the history of military diplomacy. In particular, it examines in detail such complex issues as interaction with the USSR's allies in the anti-Hitler coalition, diplomatic efforts to withdraw from the war the states that sided with Nazi Germany, the work of Soviet diplomats with the countries of the East in order to exclude a situation of war on two fronts, the registration of the results of the war and the arrangement of the post-war world taking into account the interests of the Soviet Union. The final chapters are devoted to the topic of preserving historical memory and the fight against the falsification of history. The monograph was prepared based on the materials of the scientific and practical conference "Soviet Diplomacy during the Second World War", held at MGIMO of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia on June 30, 2023.
