Abstract:
The textbook presents cases for analyzing practical situations from the sphere of international business and is devoted to the problems of transformation of the company’s business model, the peculiarities of companies’ activities in international alliances, the advantages and difficulties of intercultural cooperation, strategies in the international market, corporate culture, the effectiveness of management decisions, the prospects for the development of individual markets and public-private partnerships.
