Abstract (English):
The proposed work explores some possible and most likely scenarios for the development of various scenarios of the international and military-political situation and Russia’s national strategy, as a result of which the processes of forming alternative security systems and coalitions on both a global and regional scale, primarily in Eurasia, will develop. But not only that. Variants of such scenarios are quite acceptable in the Near and Middle East, Central Asia and Africa, as well as Latin America. It is obvious that the new stage of radical global restructuring will destabilize the international and military-political situation for at least the next decade, which will require maximum mobilization of Russia’s resources and increasing the effectiveness of its security policy. For specialists in the field of modern international relations, public administration, political scientists, and military specialists.
