As of today, transport diplomacy could be viewed as the system of intra- and inter interactions of intergovernmental (i.e. UNECE Inland Transport Committee, International Maritime Organization, International Civil Aviation Organization etc.) and non-governmental (i.e. International Road Union, International Union of Railways, International Air Transport Association, International Federation of Freight Forwarders) transport organizations. Thus, such international interactions result in transport policy that could be conducted at global and regional levels. The latter is mostly vivid in the cases of EU and EAEU that represent the most decisive levels of regional integration achieved.
