To achieve the stated goals and objectives, an analysis of theoretical and methodological approaches to studying the axiological sphere of modern students was conducted, utilizing the results, conclusions, and observations of several empirical studies by political scientists, sociologists, psychologists, and philosophers. In the first chapter, with the aim of identifying the axiological attitudes of student youth, issues of interaction between youth and the state are examined, the degree of trust in government among young people is assessed, existing practices in fostering civic consciousness and patriotism in young people are analyzed, and transformational processes within the value paradigm are outlined. In the second chapter, family values and the value of the family as such are the object of study. Particular attention is paid to the issue of a family-preserving environment as a necessary prerequisite for increasing reproductive potential and addressing the problems of the student family as an important, yet undervalued, social institution. The authors’ research focuses on the digital environment as a highly sought-after tool for the state in shaping and refining youth value systems. The publication is intended for researchers, analysts, teachers, graduate students, and undergraduates specializing in the study of current aspects of youth and demographic policy.$aaxiological orientations, student youth, youth and demographic policies$a10.63861/3086-7##$aThere is an electronic copy4#$adom.mgimo.ru
